E389 Cherie Rezen, RN and Dr. Amar Raut are the founders of the Embrace Nepal Foundation (EmbraceNepal.org). Their mission is to bring hope, health, and happiness to Nepal’s rural communities by improving healthcare, education, and overall well-being to the people. This includes helping to increase high school graduation rates, reduce child malnutrition, facilitate access to clean water and sanitation, improve maternal and child health, and bring specialized and basic health and wellness needs, trekking to some of the most farthest reaches.
