E372 Jennifer Howard-Hammer is a retired Peace Officer with over 20 years experience. She is a child abuse survivor and spent some time in the foster system. She became a Reserve Deputy Sheriff and went on to be a Correctional Counselor at the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR). She’s received a Bronze Star from the California State Prison in Sacramento, and the Medal of Valor from CDCR. These days she specializes in Event Planning, Floral Design and Photography services.
